1. About CardSync

CardSync is an early-stage software project operated by an independent developer based in the Netherlands. This service is currently offered as part of a closed beta.

CardSync consists of a Chrome browser extension and a web-based dashboard that help Cardmarket sellers export order and shipping data to shipping providers such as MyParcel and PostNL. The service is accessible at cardsync.eu.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using CardSync, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. Service Description

CardSync provides the following functionality:

• A Chrome extension that reads order data from Cardmarket order pages and imports tracking codes from MyParcel and PostNL.
• A backend that stores synced order data and allows you to export it as CSV files compatible with shipping providers.
• A dashboard to manage your synced orders, import tracking codes, and export shipping data.

CardSync is a tool that assists with data transfer between platforms. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Cardmarket, MyParcel, or PostNL.

4. Beta Service

CardSync is provided on an "as is" basis during its closed beta phase. During this period:

• The service may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time.
• No guarantees are made regarding availability, accuracy, or completeness of data.
• Features may be added, modified, or removed.
• We may introduce paid plans in the future. If we do, you will be notified in advance and will need to actively opt in. You will never be charged automatically.

5. Accounts

To use CardSync, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used for fraudulent purposes.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use CardSync for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' data.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software beyond what is permitted by applicable law.
• Use automated tools to access the service in a way that places an unreasonable burden on our infrastructure.
• Resell or redistribute the service without our written consent.

7. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you submit to CardSync. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to process any personal data (such as buyer shipping addresses) that you submit to CardSync through the extension.

8. Third-Party Services

CardSync interacts with third-party platforms (Cardmarket, MyParcel, PostNL). We are not responsible for:

• Changes to those platforms that may affect CardSync functionality.
• The availability, accuracy, or policies of those platforms.
• Any issues arising from your use of those platforms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law:

• CardSync is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will be transmitted accurately.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost profits, missed shipments, incorrect shipping data, or data loss.
• We are not liable for errors arising from the automated extraction, parsing, or transformation of data from third-party platforms, including but not limited to incorrect address parsing, shipping method misclassification, wrong package weights, missing order details, or any resulting shipping errors, failed deliveries, or financial losses.
• During the free beta period, total liability for any claim is zero, as no fees are being charged.

CardSync relies on automated extraction of data from third-party platforms whose structure may change without notice. You acknowledge that parsed data — including shipping addresses, shipping methods, and package details — may occasionally be incomplete or incorrect. You remain solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all data before submitting it to a shipping provider or confirming any shipment.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator of CardSync from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the dashboard. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using CardSync and delete your account at any time by contacting us at info@cardsync.eu.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at our discretion, with or without cause, with reasonable notice where possible.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
